SHIPMENT INFORMATION – SHIPPING FEES
All SHIPPING IS FREE WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL SHIPMENTS OVER €250 TO EURPOE.
If the order is below €250, a shipment fee of €15 will be charged.
Europe Includes: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
In Europe the shipments will be made by TNT. Shipping time may vary per country:
Luxembourg, Denmark, Belgium, France, Germany, UK, Sweden, Swiss, Austria, Ireland, Finland will need 2-3 days.
Norway, Spain, Italy will need 3-4 days
Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece 5-7 days
Russia 10-12 days.
Rest of the World: USA, Canada, Africa, Central/South America, Asia, Australia and Oceania etc.
Orders exceeding Euro 250.00 are Free of Charge.
Orders below Euro 250 we will need to charge either €25 for shipment by TNT, or €50 to ship by UPS.
All Shipments outside of the European Union may not exceed Euro 2500.00.
Hommard ships worldwide with UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL Hommard orders are shipped out of Zeist, The Netherlands with an official Invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro. It is illegal to declare lower values, or declare the items as gifts, as per international Import regulations.
Hommard shipments outside of the European Union are subject to import fees. Payment of these IMPORT FEES is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Orders shipped to the USA are sent with UPS Express Priority Service (Monday through Friday). UPS does not deliver to PO BOXES.
USA SocialSecurityNumber
Private USA citizens and non-USA citizens residing in the USA who import Internet goods from abroad are required to have a Social Security Number and must release this number willingly to the express courier or broker, in this case UPS. Non-USA citizen/resident who DO NOT have a USA Social Security can provide a CBP - Customs Border Protection - assigned number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days. For more information, please visit the USA government site for Customs Border Protection: http://www.cbp.gov/
If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the Hommard Legal Terms and Conditions, the package may risk being sent back to The Netherlands at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to The Netherlands. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE
Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement during regular office hours from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives.
SHIPMENT INFORMATION – SHIPMENT TRACKING
Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. Hommard shipments are carefully packaged in a Black box with a transparent seal and official Hommard adhesive tape around the entire box. If for any reason, the box looks tampered or the official adhesive tape is NOT intact, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the local GLS, TNT or UPS Office and contact Hommard at service@hommard.com.
If for any reason, an order from Hommard is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the Terms and Conditions, the package risks being sent back to The Netherlands at the Client’s expense including the cost of the return shipment and re-import fees. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
