Pre-Orders
Clients can place orders for merchandise that is slated to arrive later in the season. Usually pre-orders will be granted a discount of 10%. Delivery of the Pre-Order will usually be one month after Pre-Order period.
Pre-Order payment
The credit card will be debited the date of order placement.
iDeal, PayPal payments for Pre-Orders are invoiced the day the funds arrive in Hommard’s account.
Hommard reminds Clients that Pre-Orders are slated to arrive before the end of the month indicated on the web site. In the event an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and refunded immediately.
Do I have to PRE-PAY if I place a Pre-Order?
Yes. All Pre-Orders are a reservation on an item that is due to arrive later in the season and requires FULL pre-payment. Your credit card will be debited at the time you place your order though the item will be shipped later. Your iDeal or PayPal payment will be done and executed at the time of your order placement.
Order Update
Clients can obtain their order(s) status by sending an E-mail to service@hommard.com.
The E-mail must include the first and last name under which the order was placed, the shipping address and the Order Number which was appointed upon placing the order.
