CREDIT CARD
When clients place orders on line, Credit Card details will be proceeded by a protected online banking system provided by Ogone BV which accepts the major creditcards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Credit Card Security
Hommard Clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed by Ogone BV.
HOMMARD CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WILL NOT ASK FOR NOR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES.
Credit Card Charges
If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order will be processed by Ogone BV. Credit cards are debited upon order placement for both available merchandise and Pre-order items though shipment will be later in the season when the merchandise arrives.
Credit Card Payment
Hommard will request Ogone BV to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification process will delay immediate shipping. Hommard also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address..
Credit Card Currency
Credit Cards will be debited in Euro, and thus, due to exchange rates, the final price will be calculated in the applicable exchange rate the day the Credit Card company processes the transaction.
iDeal PAYMENT
Clients can pay with iDeal, through their own internet banking account. iDeal is being supported by internet banking accounts at the following Dutch Banks: ABN AMRO, Rabobank, ING, Fortis, SNS Bank. All orders paid by iDeal will be rewarded with an exclusive Hommard keychain.
PayPal PAYMENT
Clients can pay with a Verified PayPal Account for immediate shipping. Hommard will only ship to the Verified PayPal Account Address.
PRE-ORDER PAYMENT
Clients can place orders for merchandise that is slated to arrive later in the season. The credit card will be debited the date of order placement.
iDeal, PayPal payments for Pre-Orders are invoiced the day the funds arrive in Hommard’s account.
Hommard reminds Clients that Pre-Orders are slated to arrive before the end of the month indicated on the web site. In the event an item reserved by the Client does not arrive, the Client will be informed and refunded immediately.
Do I have to PRE-PAY if I place a Pre-Order?
Yes. All Pre-Orders are a reservation on an item that is due to arrive later in the season and requires FULL pre-payment. Your credit card will be debited at the time you place your order though the item will be shipped later. Your iDeal or PayPal payment will be done and executed at the time of your order placement.
ORDER UPDATE
Clients can obtain their order(s) status by sending an E-mail to service@hommard.com.
The E-mail must include the first and last name under which the order was placed, the shipping address and the Order Number which was appointed upon placing the order.
VALUE ADDED TAX AND EXEMPTION
Value Added Tax
Shipments to European Union Countries are accompanied with an official invoice that reflects the merchandise’s on line which include the Value Added Tax - VAT.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
VAT Examption
Orders shipped outside of the European Union are exempt from Dutch Valued Added Tax. The order will be calculated on line LESS the Dutch Value Added Tax and the final invoice will reflect this tax exemption.

European Countries that are NON-European Economic Community Members: Andorra, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
Please be reminded that shipments destined outside of the European Union are subject to import fees based on the Client’s home country regulations. Payment of these IMPORT FEES is the sole responsibility of the Client.
